It’s also the ideal discreet rear effects speaker and the perfect partner to any of the S-Series standmount and floorstanding models which feature the same, high specification drivers.
Regularly featured in restaurants and retail stores, the WS30 is a firm favourite in commercial environments thanks to being significantly easier to accommodate than an in-ceiling speaker design.
In line with Cambridge Audio’s legendary sound-first approach, the WS30 is brimming with audiophile-grade components and materials for sensational music performance. The 115mm composite woven driver provides powerful yet controlled bass performance, while offering extremely low distortion and excellent dispersion of higher frequencies. Meanwhile, higher frequencies are despatched by a smooth yet fluid soft dome, 25mm neodymium tweeter and state-of-the-art motor system.
The precision engineered ported cabinet offers optimum bracing and stiffness for ultra-low resonance, with a recessed rear terminal panel.
