We appreciate our customers and the value of a dollar! If you find a lower price anywhere for any of the items in our catalog, we will gladly attempt to match any competitor’s price.

 

30-Day Return Policy 

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please request an RMA number. 

    - item must be requested for return within 30 days from the date of delivery 

    - item must be returned in its original condition as it was received, including all manufacturer packaging, box and manual 

                                                                                                                                                           

All items returned within 30 days, either defective or non-defective, will be charged a 15% restocking fee for an instant refund and for electronics 50% restocking fee. NO EXCEPTIONS! If the order has shipped, a restocking fee will apply. Any shipping charges will not be refunded. You are responsible for all shipping charges that may incur while returning any new merchandise back to us. 

                     

 If you are issued an RMA number for your return, you have 10 days from the date we issued the RMA to have the product returned to us, or it will be refused and returned back to you.

 

 All purchases by credit card, check, money order, wire or cashiers check will be refunded in the same manner used to purchase - please allow two weeks from the date you shipped the product back to us for processing - or you may receive an in-store credit given towards future orders upon your request.

Any returns which have damaged or missing parts, factory boxes, manuals, signs of installation or defective components will be charged up to a 50% restocking fee OR will not be issued a refund depending on our inspection of the returned products. If you are not issued a refund the product will be shipped back to you. Special and custom orders are not refundable.

Any received shipments without an RMA number will be sent back to the shipping address. Without an RMA number we will have no way to track your intent for return. It is up to you the product owner to make proper arrangements to return your merchandise to our location - This is done by acquiring an RMA number.

 

Warranty Returns & Warranty Exchanges

 

All returns for warranty of items that are defective will be replaced or repaired at our discretion if they are returned within the manufacturer's warranty period, or 1 year whichever is less.

 

If the product is not part of our current product line, the owner of the product will need to return the item to the original manufacturer for warranty replacement. All manufacturer's warranty terms and restrictions apply and many warranty terms vary from one manufacture to another.

 

Please return all items in the original packaging.

 

You, the product owner are responsible for all shipping charges that may occur while returning any new or defective merchandise.

 

In the case of an exchange for a defective item, you the product owner are still responsible for all shipping charges that may occur while returning the defective item, but we do not charge any additional shipping for the replacement item when it is shipped regular ground.

 

If balance on order is not paid we have right to collect funds by hiring a collection agency. Buyer will be responsible for 30% fee paid to collection agency.

Security System Returns

 

Due to quality control and security reasons, all security systems have strict guidelines for return and will be considered to have been installed if the red security tape that seals the package is broken.  Any attempts to return a security system that has a broken seal and does not meet all of the guidelines below, will be refused and returned to you.

 

Item must be requested for return within 30 days from the date of delivery.

 

Item must be returned in its original condition as it was received, including all manufacturer packaging, boxes, and manuals.

 

All manuals and warranty cards must be unmarked and un-torn.

 

Any programming MUST be reset back to factory default settings. (If the user codes or installer codes are changed and/or forgotten, your system is non-returnable.)

 

You must pay any return shipping expense.

 

Items must be packaged in a shipping box - Do not ship items in the factory packaging only.

 

Any returns which have damaged or missing parts, factory boxes and manuals, signs of installation or defective components will be shipped back to you (No Exceptions).

 

All defective material from the factory or warranty issues will be covered as normal according to the manufacturer’s policy. Each manufacturer warrants its own product for at least 1 year to be free from defects in materials and workmanship from date of original purchase, under normal use and service. New Audio Video will assist you in obtaining repair or replacement, according to the manufacturer's policy.  In the case of an exchange for a defective item, you the product owner are responsible for all shipping charges that may occur while returning the defective item, but we do not charge any additional shipping for the replacement or repaired item when it is shipped regular ground.

 

If you are experiencing any issues with your product, please contact us for assistance before returning the product as it will be refused if the red security tape is broken.  Please understand that we will gladly answer questions you may have about installing your system, but we are unable to support a complete over-the-phone system installation.  If you need assistance with installation, please ask us about our pre-programming services or our nationwide installation.

 

Merchandise return Instructions:

 

(1). All return items MUST have an RMA number. - Get An RMA Number Here - The RMA Number must be displayed on the outside of the return-shipping box. Please double box your return and follow your shippers recommended packaging instructions.

 

We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in shipment. You are responsible for shipping any and all returns back to our offices. We are not responsible for any shipping damages, lost shipments or shipping charges that may occur for returning any new or defective merchandise. This must be worked out between your shipping company and yourself as the product owner. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the purchase is due to error. All returns must meet all of the above conditions or they will be returned to the customer's expense.

 


SAME DAY SHIPPING

 

New Audio Video ships most items the Same Day if the order is received by 12pm PST (**Please note: this does not apply to weekends, holidays, or International Shipments). We will contact you if we have any questions regarding your order, or if there will be a significant delay in processing your order.

 

Orders of multiple items will be shipped together unless otherwise specified. In all such orders, we reserve the right to ship out individual packages together so that they arrive at or around the same time. However, when that is not possible, we will ship individual packages (in the order they are available and conditions permit), these individual shipments may be shipped from multiple locations which may result in multiple delivery days if ordered standard Ground. In these instances, our notification to you that your order has shipped will be via email and marks the time when shipping has commenced; this does not mean that all items in the order have shipped. Orders that have multiple packages sent will be assigned a separate tracking number that can be followed on the Order Status page or you may call customer service for your order status and/or tracking information.

Back Ordered Items
Continental U.S. addresses are shipped out Standard UPS Ground at no additional shipping cost.

 


We reserve the right to ship out individual packages together so that they arrive at or around the same time. Damaged/Lost/late Shipments
Damaged shipments and/or packages, which appear to be damaged should be refused at the time of delivery. E-mail us, or call us at 1-888-532-8808 in case of damaged or lost shipments. New Audio Video is not responsible for any packages lost in shipment. Once the package leaves our office , the shipping carrier is responsible for all shipments. If there was a shipping error caused by our company we will take appropriate actions, and claim responsibility. Only after a full investigation and our company claiming responsibility will we issue reimbursement on a package. We strive to ship all orders in a timely manner. We are not responsible for any late shipments on packages if shipped in a timely manner, and shipped using the customers desired shipment method. All issues should be worked out between the customer and the shipping provider party's. No shipping charges will be reimbursed on shipments; unless New Audio Video has reached a decision and solely claims responsibility for any shipping liabilities.

 

Lost, stolen or missing merchandise during or after delivery.
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen packages during or after delivery. You the customer must filed a lost package claim with the carrier that delivered the merchandise, as they are responsible for any packages lost or stolen during or after delivery. You must notify us with-in 30 days of purchase if you have a lost or stolen package or missing merchandise so that you can file a claim. If this is not done with-in the 30 day period then your packages will be considered delivered and received. After the 30 day period no refunds will be issued or replacement orders be shipped due to delinquent notification.
